We’re excited to launch our Spring 2020 Mindful Parenting Circle series! Join us from the comfort of your home to connect with others cultivating a mindfulness practice in the midst of parenting. There will be time for group mindfulness practice, including gentle movement, along with supportive group conversation about the challenges and insights of deepening practice.

Being pregnant and giving birth are moment-to-moment experiences; babies and children definitely live in the present, and the present moment is absolutely where parenting takes place.
